It's the first stop of the MagicCardMarket Series in 2016 and this time we're in beautiful Milan in Italy. Today, we'll be playing Legacy and there are more than 3.000,- € in MKM Vouchers on the line!
Yesterday we saw lots of Monastery Monks battling it out for the title and a grand prize of 1.000,- € in the Vintage main event, while some players warmed up for their favorite format in our Legacy and Standard Trials instead. The grand trial winners have received two byes for the respective main event, which will be played today!
108 players signed up for the Legacy event today. Delver decks were by far the most played decks at our last MKMS stop in Madrid, and unsurprisingly put three players into the Top 8. Storm on the other hand had the best conversion rate in Madrid, claiming three Top8 spots as well – despite being played by very few players in comparison. Will players be better prepared to beat Storm this time around?

Delver in its many iterations once again makes up a large portion of the field of the Legacy main event at MKM Series Milan. While Miracles came in second, it was very obvious that Delver remains the deck to beat when it comes to Legacy.
After the top two decks, the field is a lot narrower with 6 different archetypes being represented five times or more. Hate Bears as the third-most played deck is clearly overrepresented, but that deck is on an upward trend globally as well.
