Prizes for the 2020–2021 Cardmarket Series Power 8
After the final event of the 2021 Cardmarket Series, the eight most successful players of the season will be known as the Cardmarket Series Power 8 and will receive Cardmarket credit just for attending stops of the Cardmarket Series in 2022. The Power 8 will receive between €125 and €300 at each stop in 2022 where they participate in at least one Limited, Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, or Vintage main event.
Players ranked 9th to 16th will receive €40 in Cardmarket credit at each stop in 2022 where they participate in at least one Limited, Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, or Vintage main event.

That means we're handing out a total of €9,720 for the Top 16 most successful players of the Cardmarket Series's 2020–2021 season!
How to Earn Leaderboard Points
- Whenever a player takes part in a Limited, Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, or Vintage main event of the 2020–2021 Cardmarket Series, they'll be awarded points according to the table below. If a player enters multiple of these events on the same day, only their better finish will count.
- If a player manages to get a record of 4-0 in a Challenge at one of the stops of the 2020–2021 Cardmarket Series, they'll be awarded 6 points.
- If a player manages to get a record of 3-1 or 3-0-1 in a Challenge at one of the stops of the 2020–2021 Cardmarket Series, they'll be awarded 2 points.
- As we want the series to conclude with a bang, a 1.5 multiplier will apply to all points given out at the final stop of the 2020–2021 Cardmarket Series. (For example, if 250 players show up for a main event, the winner will receive 36 points for their finish instead of the regular 24 points.)

In Case of a Tie …
If players are tied on points at the end of the 2020–2021 Cardmarket Series, the following criteria will be used to break ties, applied in the following order, as necessary:
- Number of first-place finishes at Limited/Standard/Pioneer/Modern/Legacy/Vintage main events
- Number of second-place finishes at Limited/Standard/Pioneer/Modern/Legacy/Vintage main events
- Number of Top 4 finishes at Limited/Standard/Pioneer/Modern/Legacy/Vintage main events
- Number of Top 8 finishes at Limited/Standard/Pioneer/Modern/Legacy/Vintage main events
- Total number of participants at the Limited/Standard/Pioneer/Modern/Legacy/Vintage main events where a player finished in first place
- Total number of participants at the Limited/Standard/Pioneer/Modern/Legacy/Vintage main events where a player finished in second place
- Total number of participants at the Limited/Standard/Pioneer/Modern/Legacy/Vintage main events where a player finished in the Top 4
- Total number of participants at the Limited/Standard/Pioneer/Modern/Legacy/Vintage main events where a player finished in the Top 8
- Number of Top 16 finishes at Limited/Standard/Pioneer/Modern/Legacy/Vintage main events
- Total number of participants at the Limited/Standard/Pioneer/Modern/Legacy/Vintage main events where a player finished in the Top 16
